We have taken the open source eclipse trader found here and cleaned up a version specific to just news and charts with technical analysis that we use ourselves. We are releasing this version free to anyone in hopes you find it useful. Were calling it Eclipse Stock Charts Lite for lack of Imagination :).
Extract the program to a directory you want it stored in then select trader.exe to run the program.
